Shipping policy

At QMS B.V. / Crowny, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Our shipping policy outlines the details regarding order processing, delivery methods, shipping costs, and handling of returns. ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped using PostNL's delivery standard of 2-5 days. A flat rate shipping fee of €4.95 applies to orders shipping within the Netherlands.  

Free shipping is available for orders over €250.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped using PostNL International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. The exact price will be calculated and shown during checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. QMS B.V. / Crowny is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
